INGREDIENTS

  • Canoe-cut marrow bones

  • Garlic

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Olive oil


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Coat your marrow with olive oil, then season to your liking with salt, pepper, garlic (we prefer granulated garlic for this recipe).

  3. Cook for 10-15 minutes.


Note: Marrow should not become a liquid.
